Children's Chorus of Bay Ridge

The Children's Chorus of Bay Ridge is an exciting new opportunity for parents who want to offer music education to their child.

Formed in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, the Chorus is made up of children ranging in age from 5-10 years who gather once a week to learn songs and various aspects of music, such as rhythm, harmony, notation, and history, in a laid-back environment. Song repertoire ranges from classical music to Broadway tunes, sacred music hymns to traditional folk songs. Additionally, the children are exposed to and learn music from other cultures and in foreign languages. At the end of each term the children present a concert of the music they studied.
